First Friday rescheduled to 1/14, due to recent outbreaks of covid and impact on Donna’s ability to present. This evening we will experience a guided meditation on encountering the voice of our highest wisdom. The meditation exercises will be enhanced by aromatherapy for getting grounded/rooted as we step into the new year. Certified Aromatherapist, Sarah Ingram, will be our special guest presenter. From a place of grounded presence, how do we open to our knowing? Participants will create their own “Rooted & Ready” essential oil blend with Sarah. We will also diffuse an enlightened and awakened blend during the meditation. Root, Heart and Crown chakra crystal singing bowls will enhance the guided meditation. We’ll enjoy tea, rooted refreshments, and time to visit and connect after the meditation and oil creation.
