Celebrate an evening of speaking our truth with clarity, honesty, and confidence as we welcome local musicians to share songs that tell a story and truth important to them. Poetry welcomed, so come with words of truth you'd like to share! It can be original work or someone else’s. We all have truth to speak! This will be a song and poetry circle celebrating the 5th Chakra. We will open the evening with a meditation on “Do No Harm ~ Take No Shit: the verada and abhaya mudra gestures of compassionate openness and fearlessness.” Feel welcomed to wear shades of BLUE and bring blue snacks!
